2 cups self-rising flour

4 eggs

250g butter
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
1/3 cup of milk
1 cup of sugar
Mix the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the beaten eggs
Add the flour
Add vanilla essence + milk
Beat until well incorporated
Once the cakes have cooled, sandwich them with strawberry jam. Decorate as you wish
