The turkey leg marinated in garlic and lemon is a tender and tasty meat. It is marinated in a mixture of garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and other spices, then cooked until golden brown and juicy. Lemon Garlic Marinated Turkey Thigh can be served sliced or whole, and is often accompanied by vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
Ingredients
- 1 turkey leg
- 2 lemons
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 cl of olive oil
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper from the mill

Preparation
- In a bowl prepare the marinade by mixing the olive oil, the juice and the zest of two lemons, the pressed garlic, the chopped parsley, the salt and the pepper.
- Place the meat in the dish that will be used for cooking (the casserole of the omnicooker for me), pour the marinade, you can help yourself with a kitchen brush to spread the marinade evenly over the meat. Film and leave to rest for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. You can prepare this marinade the day before.
- Peel the pearl onions.
- In the omnicooker casserole, add the baby onions. Close the casserole and cook for 1 hour. Max up and down for 20 minutes then min up and down. Invert the casserole halfway through cooking.
- To cook in the oven, cook for 1 hour in the oven preheated to 200°C. Baste regularly with the cooking juices and turn the meat halfway through cooking.
