The fishermen sailed down the river in a motorboat. Suddenly they saw an elk near one of the banks. These animals enter the water slowly, and then start to swim, but this elk behaved unusually: he quickly ran along the river, did not try to swim, but did not drown either.

One of the fishermen immediately took out his phone and took an unusual picture. The boat calmly passed through the water without clinging to the bottom, so the men could not understand how an elk could move like that, because it contradicted everything that was known about physics.

The elk also drew attention to the people in the boat and accelerated its run, changing the trajectory of movement. Now he did not run along the coast, but across the river, crossing it just in front of the boat. The elk crossed the pond in the center of the river, where the depth is the greatest.

There is only one explanation for what happened: people were swimming in shallow water, the depth there, even for a person, is small, barely reaches the knee, so the animal did not run on water, but on the river bottom. for a flat-bottomed boat, shallow depth is not a problem, so the men did not notice that they swam out in shallow water.
