500 ml of milk
2 cups of crème fraîche
1 kg of minced meat
6 onions
3 pepper(s)
1 can of tomato(s)
2 cans of corn
2 cans of mushrooms
cheese, grated
3 melted cheese
preparation
Cook the tagliatelle. Heat the milk and melt the melted cheese, add the crème fraiche, season and mix the pasta with the sauce.
Fry and season the mince.
Fry the onions in half rings, finely chop the peppers and fry them. Add the tomatoes, corn and mushrooms and season well. Arrange everything in a saucepan, alternating pasta, minced meat and vegetables, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 200° for about 20-25 minutes!
