
Ingredients:
300 g of shrimp
250-300 g of tarts
Olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper
5 large eggs
120 g of yogurt
Chives
90 g of cheese
Itinerary :
1. Peel the shrimp and fry them in a pan.
2. Season with garlic, chopped fresh parsley, salt and pepper.
3. Next, mix the eggs, yogurt, peas, chives and cheese.
4. Oil the bottom of a mold and pour the dough into it.
5. Place the shrimp on top and a little more cheese.
6. Bake at 190° for 20-25 minutes.
