METHOD

  1. Place the milk, sugar and butter in a saucepan and stir until the butter has melted. Bring to a boil and remove from stove. Add the white chocolate and mix everything well.
  2. In a bowl with the ground biscuits, combine the previously prepared mixture and mix with the spatula until everything is well blended. Cover with cling film and transfer to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Once the time has passed, remove it from the fridge, add the chocolate chips to the mixture and mix everything well. Form the mixture into balls and transfer them to the freezer for 40 minutes.
  4. Using the toothpick, take each ball and cover it with chocolate. When the chocolate is firm, decorate with melted chocolate and sprinkles.
