INGREDIENTS
• 240 g flour
• 150 g icing sugar
• 3 g baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 20 g honey
• 180 ml water
• Hazelnut cream

METHOD

Pour the flour, icing sugar and baking powder into the bottle. Close the bottle cap and quickly mix the powders.
Add the eggs, honey and water. Close the shaker for 1 minute. The ingredients should be mixed well.
Now grease a non-stick baking sheet and then heat it on the stove.
Pour a little batter into a hot pan. Prepare the dorayaki, turn them over to the other side.
When the Dorayaki are ready, put them in half a hazelnut cream, then close them like a sandwich with the remaining Dorayaki
