Ingredients
For the cream:
2 cups of milk
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons of corn starch
2 butter spoons
10g vanilla sugar
80g chocolate
100ml of cream
150g of cocoa cookies
150g vanilla cookies
150ml of cream
100ml of cream
80g chocolate
pistachios
Preparation
1. Prepare cream. Grease each biscuit with cream and put it in a round shape. Chill for 2 hours.
2. Whip the cream and spread over the cake.
3. Prepare ganache and pour over cream on the cake. Decorate with ground pistachios.
