All the wonderful properties of sprouted garlic and how to use it

Did you know that  sprouted garlic  contains more proteins and vitamins than the garlic we normally use in cooking? The regenerative and revitalizing properties of garlic are greatest when it is about to sprout.

In this article we explain why sprouted garlic should not be thrown away and how to use it to enjoy all its benefits.

To germinate garlic, simply store it in a cool, dry place and wait a few days.

To consume it, however, just remove the skin, cut them in half and check if the inside is green. If it appears another color, the garlic cannot be consumed.

We recommend not buying already germinated garlic, as you are never sure of the techniques used to get it to that state.
