Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups butter at room temperature (250 g)
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder (40 g)
- 3/4 cup sugar (150 g)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 1/3 cup wheat flour (300 g)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate

Preparation :
In a bowl, put the butter, sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well to make a paste.
Add the cocoa powder and mix again.
Gradually add the wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Mix until you obtain a homogeneous consistency.
As soon as the dough takes shape, knead it with your hands
to combine all the ingredients until you obtain the right texture.
If necessary, add a little more wheat flour.
Spread the dough between two pieces of plastic wrap to prevent it from sticking to the table.
Cut out the dough using a cookie cutter and place the biscuits
on an ungreased baking sheet or covered with a silicone mat, leaving space between the biscuits.
Decorate with chocolate chips and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
Take them out of the oven and let them cool in the form to prevent them from breaking, as they will still be very moist.
Once completely cooled, remove them from the form and serve them.
